At this level of Organize Your Home, Organize Your Life, you get the opportunity to email with Susan to ask your questions. You also get a once a month, 30-minute accountability session to review what you accomplished in the past month and to plan your actions for the upcoming weeks. The benefits to email coaching: - You clarify your questions instead of dealing with that vague sense of struggling without understanding the source of what isn't working. - You get a written record of your questions and my answers. You aren't trying to take notes while we speak and then interpret them days later. - You can save time by working one-on-one with me instead of spending time watching videos and reading online articles as opposed to decluttering. - You get the answers to your questions as opposed to trying to interpret information that worked for someone else and their situation. In OYHOYL, you will: Clear the clutter while learning how to organize in a way that makes it easy to put things away (and stay organized after all that decluttering). Along the way, you'll develop the habits that you need to maintain order in your home. You'll start off by clarifying your purpose for decluttering so that you'll better understand what is important to keep and what you can consider letting go on. Next, you'll look at your schedule and make the time to declutter. No more, "I'll declutter when I can find the time." And no more being frustrated with yourself because you expected to work more quickly. You'll learn to deal with distractions and obstacles so you can make the best use of your time. And, of course, you'll spend the most time clearing the clutter and organizing your possessions. As part of the process, you'll create a home environment that supports the activities in your life while making your home habits easier to maintain. The final phase focuses on fine-tuning your habits and learning how to stay organized for life, even when life changes.
