Were you able to clean your refrigerator yesterday? Today, go through the food in your refrigerator’s freezer and clear out anything mysterious or with freezer burn.
Rearrange things into a better order. I started keeping a list of what’s in my freezer because my hands cramp from the cold. Before the list, I'd try to limit the time I was spending moving blocks of frozen food around the freezer. This meant that there were times I served whatever was in front.
Although cleaning the refrigerator and freezer isn't fun, the process gives you the opportunity to clear out foods that you don't want to eat and is a strong first step toward improving your diet and your health.
