January 23 - Sort Pantry

1/23/2020

Have you tried diets that required you to purchase foods that you didn’t normally keep on hand? If you gave up the diet, you may have a variety of unused and unwanted items tucked into corners of your pantry.

Even if you don’t have a nearly full package of chia seeds hidden to the back of your shelves, continue sorting through your pantry, today focusing on the dry goods – cereal, pasta, rice, etc.

Check that food in opened packages is in good condition. Question packaged foods that have been in there for so long you don’t remember buying them. Group like items together so it will be easier to track your stock of supplies.

Decluttering can help you reach other goals as well.
