Day 1 of 15/15 (15 days of 15-minute tasks)
Go through your kitchen and gather all mugs to your countertop. Do you have more than you expected?
What are the most mugs you’d need at one time, say for a gathering in your home? How many do you use over the course of an average week? What would be the “right” number of mugs to keep – for you and your household?
Do you need to keep promotional mugs advertising products and services? Could you pack holiday mugs with holiday decorations?
Define how much space you want to give to storing mugs in your kitchen. Do you need half a shelf or an entire shelf? You don’t need to limit yourself to one wash-and-use mug (unless that would work for you)!
