Day 14 of 15/15 (15 days of 15-minute tasks)
Do you have some stuff piled in a corner of a room? Where does it belong? Is there space to put these things away? If there is, tidy the area over the next 15-minutes, putting things away.
If you want to continue beyond the 15-minutes, go for it. However, know that you can walk away when the alarm goes off on your phone
And, if there isn’t space to put these things away, devote a quarter hour to making space (so, yes, you’ll be decluttering stuff that isn’t in the pile). If you don’t have the time to finish this work, notice how much you were able to do in a few minutes.
When you find a few free moments, know that you can return to this project and it will get done. Don’t wait to find a block of hours. Small steps still get the job done.
