Explore the power of flexible habits which allow you to put in effort in relation to your time and energy instead of trying to meet the same expectation day-after-day.

For example, flexible habits related to decluttering could be – declutter one item (low effort); put away five items that are out of place (medium effort); and declutter a shelf/cabinet/drawer (high effort).

Of course, you can adapt this technique for any habit, changes to your diet, spending, exercise.
