Time in nature can boost our mood, make us feel more relaxed, and build our focus (plus a lot more positive perks).

Today (and every day), go outside for five minutes. If you're looking at a tree growing alongside a city sidewalk, that counts. If you can’t do that, can you look out a window for five minutes. (If your window faces buildings, look up into the sky – you’ll always have that connection to the natural world.) No window? Go to YouTube and look for nature videos.
