Self-care September continues ...

List five activities that you enjoy doing that you could do at home without a lot of preparation or added expense. For example, read a book; knit, crochet, or sew something, dance, do a sun salutation, play with a pet or child.

Give yourself five minutes to engage in this activity. If you don’t have five minutes, try for a single minute. Select a book that you’d like to read or enjoy the textures of the skeins of yarn you have stored in a bin. Can you give yourself a small space in your schedule to do something you enjoy?
