Is there a book that you’ve held onto? Maybe supplies from a hobby or interest? Bring it out and place it someplace where you can see it every day. (If it has a lot of components or bulky equipment, bring out a small representative part of what you own.)
Can you plan to give yourself five minutes a day to explore this interest? If there is a seasonal quality to this hobby (skiing or gardening), can you watch a video or look at images or read a bit to bring this interest into your life.
If you find yourself ignoring (or you stop seeing) this object, is this a sign that you are ready to release any aspirations you had for this hobby?
