​Self-care September continues ...

Give yourself one-minute to sample that healthy habit you say you have no time for – meditate for one minute, march or jog in place for 60 seconds, write a couple of sentences in your journal.

Can you give yourself a minute for this every day? If you’re saying that one minute won’t make a difference, consider that a few seconds is better than zero seconds. And, really, the most difficult part is starting. You may find yourself sneaking in another few minutes when you can.
