Take the next step on a task you’ve been procrastinating. Grab some inspiration from decluttering sprints, where your goal was to get rid of just one thing a day.

When considering your next step on a task, make it small. Smaller than that. If you roll your eyes and can do the task right now (or know exactly when you can do it), then successfully accomplishing this tiny action will move you closer to completing the project.
